All patterns are built with exacting precision and molds are individually hand inspected before being sent into production, We use only the highest quality materials in our molding process.

State of the art spectrographic analysis is conducted prior to tapping, allowing adjustments to assure the chemistry will meet or exceed specifications. In addition, our heat-treating process is entirely automated, thus insuring consistency from part to part.

We feel testing is a key factor for good quality and customer satisfaction. Therefore, we possess the capability to provide all forms of non-destructive and dimensional testing and certification.
